Plant Power Day haal hi mein kaafi popular huaa hein, yaha har saal 7 March ko sustainable (sthaai) food ke benefits ke baare mein jaagrukta badhane aur sabhi ko podhe (plants) based diet apnane ke liye protsaahit karne ke liye manaya jata hein. Studies se pata chalta hein ki vegetarian diet mein meat khaane walo k compare mein bahut kam carbon, paani aur ecological footprints hote hein. Jabki duniya khaane ki aadato mein kaafi badlao kar rahi hein. Plant power day humari samraddhi aur grap ke liye plants based lifestyle ko apnane ki disha mein aage badhne ka ek sahi tareeka hein.

Agar aap plant-based diet ko follow karna chahate hein jinhe aapke food mein shaamil kiya jaa sakta hein to idhar hum kuch protiens source share kar rahe hein.
